How does it work if I want to move forward after purchasing an earlier tier land planner package?
To build a building, all services are going to be required. If you want to change things up at a future date, no problem! You will pay the same prices for the same level of service plus an additional $350 for the extra work involved in transferring your information to the new systems.
* For up to the value of the work as determined by engineer, assessor, planner, or auditor. Pricing inclusive of Apropro’s margins & profits. For larger or more complicated projects, these amounts are applied towards the final price as fully assessed before work begins. You are informed of possible higher pricing at the Budget Approximations stage — sooner if additional complications or custom requests are immediately apparent.
** Subsurface concerns at any point in the project may incur additional costs and fees for continued investigation or engineering.
† Plans as provided by Apropos with no changes. Changes to plans incur additional design and permit application fees.
†† Schedules can be affected by conditions; including weather, ground issues, employee or contractor illness, or other unexpected conditions encountered during the preconstruction or build phase(s).
